The video of Alan Jackson came on singing the song
Remember When….so many years ago
Laughter smiles tears

I don't listen to Alan Jackson, so I had to go look up the lyrics. The words are very pretty, but it isn't where I ended up. I'm closer to the "little feet" of grandchildren than my XWH is, and I enjoy being here with them.

I always wondered what that song was getting at with the coming together and apart. And the breaking each other’s hearts. Music really hits hard. I hope the anniversary was kind to you today.

Ebbs and flows in marriage. Regardless of whether that was just not liking each other so much or something worse, the births of their three kids had them reinvesting in their relationship. Sometimes it's a close thing between staying together or splitting apart. Especially when one of them is a traveling star. 21 years. Video still hits. That's his family in the clips and his wife dancing with him.

	Beautiful song
. Alan Jackson cheated too and they separated for a while before going for R. Another successful R story...thanks for sharing

A "perfect marriage" is just two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other.

I AM happy again...It CAN happen!!!
