In my case, she feels guilty and pines for what she lost in me and the family. Apparently, I owe her more than I am capable of giving. To make matters worse, I keep having temptations to seek some form of companionship and despite feeling justified, I refuse to compromise my morals and enjoy the escape.

She can see my pain, but is incapable of feeling it.
